3.1 CONSULTANCY FOR OBTAINING LEGAL NOC’s

Operational phase and construction phase NOC’s from SEPA, our team ensures that all the regulatory pre-requisite shall be in-place to apply for legal NOC’s which results in time saving and cost efficient operation.

3.2 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLANS:

EMP is a site or project specific plan developed to ensure that appropriate environmental management practices are followed during a project’s construction, installation and or operational phase. EMP is set of mitigation measures to reduce potential environmental hazards associated with project. EMP is developed according to guidelines defined by the federal or provincial environmental protection agency.

Our expert team of environmentalist and other professional staff ensures that the studies shall cover every possible impact arises from the activities of organization and control shall be effectively in-place rather than just file filling.

3.3 ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENTS:

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) means an environmental study comprising of collection of data, prediction of qualitative and quantitative impacts, comparison of alternatives, evaluation of preventive, mitigation and compensatory measures, formulation of environmental management and training plans and monitoring arrangements, and framing of recommendations and such other components as may be prescribed.

3.4 INITIAL ENVIRONMENTAL EXAMINATIONS

“Initial Environmental Examination” means a preliminary environmental review of the reasonably foreseeable qualitative and quantitative impacts on the environment of a proposed project to determine whether it is likely to cause an adverse environmental e­ect for requiring preparation of an environmental impact assessment. Our team helps clients to achieve regulatory IEE’s etc.

3.5 BASELINE ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES:

Environmental Baseline Studies determine the characterization of an area prior the development of a project and establish the initial environmental status. We have the expertise to measure and evaluate the environmental conditions at project locations and predict the effects produced on this environment.

3.6 BIRDS & BAT MONITORING:

Besides the Procedure development for Bird and Bat monitoring, our scope covers monitoring of bird and bats that consider all avifauna species with a focus of threatened species as indicated on the IUCN Red list. The scope is designed as per the local and international guideline, financiers’ requirement and subsequent Good International Industry Practice (GIIP). The method of bird monitoring covers vantage point studies, line transect, point surveys, active searching, carcass searches, scavenger efficiency trial and Signs / Tracks methods. The bat monitoring shall cover the scope of searching bats by physical search in old structures and using ultrasound detectors monitoring method. The surveys will identify IUCN globally threatened/near-threatened species, key foraging and roosting/resting areas and important habitats and propose mitigations measures.

3.7 FAUNA & FLORA STUDIES:

In continues to the special focused on avifauna studies, our professional expertise covers studying of mammals, reptiles, flora species and its distribution status.

We are well-versed in explaining the Protected Areas, Ramsar Sites and Important Biodiversity Areas (IBAs) for common / widespread Species. The identification of species type, its distribution, analysis of data and mitigation measures are the main focus of the study.

3.8 ON-SITE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING:

3.9 WASTE MANAGEMENT

We also provide waste management services and also treat waste water to reduce their toxic levels to required level.
